2. When placing an order, please provide accurate and valid recipient name, delivery address, email, and contact number. If false or invalid information causes package loss or customs clearance issues, the buyer shall bear all losses.
3. Buyers must securely keep their account login credentials and SMS verification codes. All legal responsibilities for crystal orders under this account shall belong to the account holder. Sharing, lending, selling, or transferring the account is strictly prohibited. The store reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts for violations such as malicious ordering, unjustified payment refusal, or fraudulent negative reviews.
3. Crystal Products, Natural Properties, and Pricing Rules
1. All products sold in this store are made from natural crystal minerals. Natural characteristics such as cotton-like texture, ice cracks, mineral inclusions, color variations, or minor dimensional deviations are normal and not considered quality defects; therefore, no claims can be filed based on these features, nor will full payment be refused.
2. The actual crystal images displayed on the website are for visual reference only. Minor differences between the product and images are normal due to factors such as lighting conditions, color variations across customers' displays worldwide, and the unique texture of each individual stone.
3. This store may adjust crystal prices, promotional discounts, and event rules without prior notice. Unless explicitly marked as a price guarantee on the page, historical orders do not qualify for price difference refunds.
4. Due to system pricing errors or abnormal orders involving large-scale malicious stockpiling, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a full refund without additional compensation.
4. Payment Rules
1. The checkout page supports payment methods such as PayPal, Stripe, credit cards, and Shop Pay. The order will only proceed to polishing, packaging, and shipping after full payment is completed.
2. The buyer authorizes this store to deduct the corresponding crystal price and international shipping fees from the selected payment method.
3. If there is no complete unboxing video or valid proof of damage, and the buyer initiates a chargeback without authorization, our store will permanently suspend the account's ordering privileges and reserve the right to pursue full compensation through legal means.
5. User Prohibited Behavior Guidelines
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited when using the website:
1. Using web crawlers, scripts, or automated bots to bulk-buy crystals and maliciously claim duplicate coupons.
2. Upon receiving the natural crystal, they maliciously refused payment in full and demanded extortionate compensation, citing issues such as natural cotton cracks, color variations, and minor dimensional discrepancies.
3. Posting abusive, defamatory, or false negative reviews that disparage Crystal Quality products, as well as photos shared by buyers;
4. Attacking, interfering with, or compromising the security of this store's website servers, systems, and data.
5. Violating users will have their accounts suspended and all orders canceled. The store reserves the right to pursue compensation for any resulting financial losses.
6. Intellectual Property Statement
All crystal photos, product descriptions, logos, and mineral design visuals on this website are protected intellectual property rights of our store. No individual or entity may reproduce, distribute, or use these materials commercially without written permission from us.
7. Liability Limitation Clause
1. In the event of crystal packages being lost, detained, or confiscated due to force majeure factors such as international logistics delays, customs inspections and seizures in destination countries, natural disasters, wars, public health emergencies, or flight cancellations, our store shall not be liable for additional compensation.
2. The maximum compensation amount for any order is subject to the actual total payment made by the buyer and does not exceed this limit. Indirect losses such as expected profit loss, transportation costs, or emotional distress are not covered.
3. Natural crystals are fragile and prone to breakage during long-distance transportation. We only offer replacement shipments or refunds; we do not cover any other indirect losses.
4. Our website does not guarantee uninterrupted, fault-free, virus-free, or stable operation throughout the entire year.
